We are looking for a Product Lead to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
Enterprise Registry Solutions is a services organisation moving to the next stage in our journey, predominantly led through a product focus. We have a young product team with an appetite to learn and we need a Product Lead to help raise the bar on how we operate as a product function in ERS. We believe in the value that the craft of product management brings. We are on the hunt for people who will fly the product flag for how we build software at all levels of the business as well as being brand ambassadors with our customers. This is a pivotal role for us as a team that will continue to present significant opportunities to learn and grow.
This is a people management position. We want to build a high-performing team and we need high-performing leaders to make that happen. The Product Lead is the link between the strategy definition and the product roadmap definition with the day-to-day execution. Based on your experience you know what has worked well and what has not worked well in the past and you are keen to guide and support not just the team for which you are responsible but also more broadly within the business.
The Product Lead at ERS stays close to the registry sector to ensure that we deeply understand the problem to be solved or the next opportunity on the horizon. You bring that context back to the business to ensure that we are always working on “the right thing”. You work with peers in development to ensure we are always best placed to capitalise on these opportunities.

What we look for in a Product Lead:

• Demonstrable experience on developing the team to level up in how they operate.
• Possess an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and strong analytical capability.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written because being able to refer to writing high quality documentation is as important as the conversation itself.
• The ability to take potentially complex concepts, technical or otherwise, and translate them into a story that everyone can understand.
• The ability to remain positive and resilient in the face of challenges, inspiring the team to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality products.
• The ability to challenge, guide and support the prioritization and execution of product features and enhancements, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs.
• The ability to analyse key product metrics, user behaviour, and market trends to inform product direction.
• The ability to define and implement processes for how we work.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years in a Product Manager / Senior Product Owner role balancing both responsibilities of the day-to-day execution with staying on top of the sector you are serving.
• 2+ years line management responsibility for a product management team.
• A primary degree (business or technology)
