In this Rol e, you’ll get to
- Build and iterate customer-centric products catering local needs and preference in Indian market
- Utlize qualitative and quantitative approaches to understand the market and to pinpoint areas of improvement for the product
- Leverage analytical tools to consolidate assumptions, identify business opportunities, and translate them into actionable plans
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on planned projects to deliver business results
What y ou’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer Internet industry, ideally in India
- Proven experience in iterating consumer products in a fast-speed tech company
- Solid understanding of Indian Internet market, and Indian consumers’ behavioral preferences
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools
- Fluent cross-functional communication skills with different stakeholders
- Proficient in one local Indian language, like Hindi
OTA or travel-related industry background are preferredExperience with Indian local social networks are added advantage
