WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Product Management Lead (Blockchain), you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Web3 DApps. You will take charge in developing product strategies and roadmaps for dApps and other blockchain products. Your role also involves conducting market research and analysis to keep abreast of industry trends. Ensuring best practices are followed throughout the feature development cycle will be part of your responsibilities.

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps for dApps and other blockchain products
• Lead the planning, design, and development of high-value products
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant and user-friendly products
• Ensure best practices are followed in each step of the feature development cycle
• Produce best practices and SOPs to help scale the team

The ideal candidate for this Product Management Lead (Blockchain) position has at least five years’ experience in software products and experience as a product owner, you have honed your skills in leading teams and projects. Your experience with renowned tech companies has equipped you with the ability to work in fast-paced environments. You bring to the table your domain knowledge of blockchains and dApps, which is crucial for this role. Your excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, enable you to influence and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

• Experience with blockchain technology and dApps ecosystem
