POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love, and the industry needs. If you have an entrepreneurial mentality, are keen to holistic thinking, and are driven by helping others, we are looking for you! You will work in a dynamic and motivational environment, collaborating across multiple departments to troubleshoot, build, and launch new products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Director of Product Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS degree in marketing, sales, engineering, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a product management role or function.
  • Software and Hardware product management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in translation of product strategy into requirements.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to self-educate and work with minimal assistance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience in product management software such as AHA, Product Plan, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding time frames.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product lifecycle, including product/market research, prioritization, planning, positioning, requirements, roadmap development and product launch.
  • Analyzing feedback, ideas, market, and industry updates to fill product gaps and innovate.
  • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with all internal departments to ensure success for the entire organization and our customer base.
  • Generating well defined business cases to create buy-in for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with marketing on go-to-market strategies and developing product positioning and messaging.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the customer experience.
