In the last year, we’ve unveiled products like Agent Hub (new B2B channel, which is this team) Cruises, Car Hire, and Business Traveller, increasing the sales of the business by tens of millions of dollars. But this is just the beginning. We’re on a quest to redefine travel experiences and we want you to be a part of it.
Luxury Escapes is an in-person company, with 4 days in the office, and 1-day WFH.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We launched Agent Hub in Australia and then New Zealand less than 3 months ago and have already seen the product grow massively, and we are. Having seen rapid growth in Australia, we’re seeking an experienced product manager to help us scale our existing user base in Australia while also launching in new markets globally.
We have a talented team of engineers, designers and commercial leaders ready to take the product to the next level, we’re now seeking a strong product manager to help guide the next phase of growth.
As the Product Manager for the Agent Hub team, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding into new markets and primarily owning our b2b distribution product in Luxury Escapes. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
  • Continually identify opportunities to enhance the Agent Hub customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.
