We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager you will play a central role in an exciting company in growth and your main mission will be to take our current products to the next level and bring new ideas through the software development lifecycle and commercialization.
You will be responsible for setting the long-term strategic agenda for development of our products in Digital Banking and at the same time act on tactical and operational level in dialogues with our bank customers and with developers. You will also be responsible for setting the framework for the business-related tests and perform some testing.

Responsibilities:
WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?
- Responsible for the strategic as well as tactical and operational product road map for the products in Digital Banking.
- Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
- Accept (or reject) user stories reported by the development team. Ensure that user documentation is produced/updated.
- Consistently provide management and other stakeholders with plans and status updates
- Influence and communicate with customers and business decision makers
- Initiate internal trainings and knowledge sharing
- Prioritize development (epics, features, stories etc) and act as the liaison between customers and developers
- To some extent perform customer specific business tests
- Engage in sales processes and participate in project deliveries
- Manage the relationship with multiple stakeholders and customers.
To master the role of Product Manager we believe that you have:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with financial products, preferably in a product owner/manager role, as business analyst/consultant or similar
- You have experience from working with business process design, business architecture, process optimization and/or software development
- You have solid commercial understanding and experience from participating in tender processes.
- You understand customer needs and their business drivers and you are able to merge customer needs and domain knowledge into well scoped deliveries and product design
- Strong analytical skills and ability to rapidly acquire insight into new business domains.
- You have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills and work naturally with all people, regardless of role and experience.
- Firm understanding of software design, including usability and software architecture.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
