Responsibilities:

  • Managing the product portfolio and new product development pipeline for your segment
  • Taking full ownership of the product life cycle, including the end-of-life process to minimise SLOB provisions and write-offs
  • Managing product launches and ensuring new products are fit for purpose for the New Zealand market
  • Developing training information and providing product training for internal teams and external customers
  • Identifying market gaps and providing recommendations for new ranges and extensions
  • Assisting the sales team with forecasting and pricing for new products
  • Maintaining an understanding of the latest industry standards (e.g. H1, G4) and communicating any changes or impacts
