Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager of Product & Underwriting, you will be part of a tenured and highly experienced team of National Product Managers and Product Specialists. Key aspects of your role include:
- Working closely with your peers and stakeholders of the business, to streamline our underwriting rules, & determine efficiency gains, leading to a simpler and streamlined process for our Underwriters and broker partners
- Communicate the Product plans and ensure all Underwriters are aware of risk appetite and understand the Underwriting Rules.
- Monitoring portfolio results and individual product performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and taking corrective action as necessary. High level of portfolio oversight and attention to lead indicators
- Ensuring adequate pricing, underwriting standards and appropriate risk acceptance including ownership of all pricing models relating to the relevant product

About you
- An experienced Underwriter or Product Manager with experience in portfolio management in commercial insurance
