Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Product Manager to support our material department and product managers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling second-line customer service queries, ensuring our product range is accurate and comprehensive, and providing valuable input to our marketing and sales teams. Whilst we welcome applications to experienced Product Manager, we are also open to candidates who are looking to kick start their career within Product Management!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the second-line point of contact for customer inquiries regarding medical equipment and devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, technical service, and the sales team.
• Maintain and update knowledge of our medical equipment range, assisting in finding suitable products or alternatives for customers.
• Assist in creating new articles and sourcing accurate product information.
• Actively seek out new product lines to grow the business.
• Provide input for marketing and sales strategies.
• Participate in annual trade fairs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in agro- and biotechnology (option animal care) with several years of practical experience (advantage).
• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Interests: Strong interest and affinity with medical equipment and consumables.
