Description:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
The Product Manager in this role will oversee the comprehensive product strategy for a suite of TransUnion products, aligning across the TruAudience and TruIQ brands , from inception to end-of-life. Collaborating cross-functionally with design, technology, operations, go-to-market, marketing, and other teams, you will guide the products throughout their lifecycle.
As a problem solver, you’ll focus on innovating credit marketing data and capabilities. Serving as a subject matter expert, you’ll offer detailed insights on internal, customer, and competitive data and practices. Your strategic recommendations will shape both existing products and the development of new ones, as well as influence service and process enhancements.
- 10+ years of experience in a product strategy or product management role with demonstrated skill leveraging market-back product strategies grounded in VOC.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) product development and/or marketing for Business-to-Business partners.
- Understanding of industry regulatory environment including FCRA and GLBA, along with a demonstrated expertise in working with compliance and legal teams on gaining product approval.
- Demonstrated track record in creating innovative products using credit data to drive tangible marketing outcomes for financial services companies.
- Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication for a senior executive level audience.
- Prior success leading and collaborating with cross-functional product teams within an Agile environment.
- Exudes accountability, ownership, and a passion about the problem their products solve.
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location (Alpharetta, GA & Chicago, IL) for a minimum of two days a week.
