Description:

THE POSITION

We are looking for an inspiring and analytical Product Manager Data to join Sympower’s Product team and challenge us on building the right thing to help our customers accelerate the global transition towards ’net zero’ with smarter and cleaner renewable energy systems.
You’ll be collaborating with 10 other Product Managers and designers and leading, alongside an engineering team-lead, a team of 6 engineers to deliver impactful outcomes.
This is a full-time position remote/hybrid located in -1/+1 to central European timezone.

BENEFICIAL SKILLS

  • Experience with (BI) reports, dashboards, and visualisations, preferably with PowerBI and Databricks.
  • Experience with ELT data pipeline development, preferably with SQL and Python (Spark)
  • Hands-on experience within the data domain (e.g. data pipeline development)
  • Proven ability to go from raw data to information, create conclusions and suggest actions
  • Experience with planning roadmap initiatives using the Double Diamond framework and prioritising them using various frameworks (weighted score, RICE, etc.) in product management tools such as Productboard, Airfocus, etc.
  • Interest in user science techniques such as survey, interview, prototyping, A/B testing, analytics tools
  • Proficiency in empowering internal teams and/or external developers through your services/products.
  • Experience within the energy industry
