Product Manager Deposit

Do you have the right mix with a deep knowledge and understanding of deposit products and a strong interest in banking technology?
We are looking for a Product Manager for our Deposit team. The job gives you an opportunity to work with some 15 highly skilled colleagues and together with your fellow product manager you will have the overall responsibility for our Deposit products.
About the role
In your role as Product Manager, you are responsible for the products within the Deposit product area. This means handling daily operations, deliveries, planning and leading the work within the product team to ensure an efficient delivery. You will work closely with the Product Area Manager for core banking, your fellow Product Manager and the Team Manager to plan for long-term deliveries, develop the product and define future resource and competence needs according to forecast and agreed goals.
You will act as Product Owner and in the role contribute to the development and improvement within your product to meet the needs of the market, and our customers. You will also be responsible for prioritizing and planning deliveries in accordance with delivery roadmaps. You will synchronize and put together the roadmap for your product and give input to the strategic vision for the product area.
You have an overall responsibility to monitor compliance for the product and to initiate actions, to maintain compliant and secure products.
You will report to the Product Area Manager for the Core & Credits.
What we are looking for

To be successful in the role we believe you will bring the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or relevant work experience.
• Understanding of deposits and preferably experience from a supplier and technical point of view of developing and managing products for the financial/banking industry.
• An honest interest for product development together with a strong commercial mindset where you enjoy doing good business.
• Good experience of working with an agile set up and proven leadership skills.
• A collaborative, communicative, solution-focused and structured approach.
• Ability and personal skills to build trust and maintain good relationships.
• A curious mindset, self-motivated and a hands-on personality ready to give a hand where needed.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
