Description:

Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager to create world-class experiences that enable all construction stakeholders to collaborate on a single global platform. As a member of our User Identity Access Management team, you’ll be part of how we manage users, company accounts, and the network of connected companies collaborating on construction projects. You’ll help define the future of our next-generation Services and Experiences that power the Procore platform, ecosystem, and industry. Specifically focusing on the Directory; the center of User and Company management and collaboration.
The construction vertical is ripe for technological innovation. Construction impacts the lives of nearly everyone in the world, and yet it’s one of the least digitized industries. Procore is leading the market with our SaaS construction platform. We build for real people with real experiences, empowering Groundbreakers to develop and transform the communities where we all live.
This position will report to the Director of Product Management - UIAM and is located at our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of product management experience building and delivering successful products in a SaaS environment
  • 6+ months experience in Technical Product Management
  • Experience working with engineering and design to deliver both platform services and end-user experiences
  • Strong understanding of the environmental context of User and Company management to drive a strong partnership with other teams such as Accounts, Entitlements and Security
  • Passion for customers and seeking a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the Product Management space
  • Strong product management skills, including analytics, structured requirements and documentation, and able to think in platform architecture terms
    Additional Information
Base Pay Range $134,800 - $185,350. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
