Description:
Your responsibilities
- You lead the ERCP business area, including business strategy, development, planning, reporting and execution
- You initiate and manage all marketing activities (preparation and realization of product launches, campaigns, trainings, events and workshops, European congresses) and steer the integration and roll-out into the EMEA sales organizations
- You conduct market and competitive analyses and identify customer needs and challenges
- Moreover, you establish close links with key customers on European level to trial new products, involve in peer-to-peer activities and other marketing related initiatives
- You cooperate in projects with upstream, corporate partners and regional managersIn addition, you represent Olympus and your products at customer visits and international congresses
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed a course of studies in Economics or Industrial or Medical Engineering & Management
- You have 2 – 3 years professional experience in product management, marketing, or sales – ideally in a MedTech environment
- You have experience in coordinating multi-national and cross-divisional teams
- You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are a plus
- You have an inspiring character, a strong drive for sales execution and good analytical skills
- You enjoy traveling up to 30% and are willing to move to Hamburg or the surrounding area
