Description:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall success of a project, or a platform, by ensuring that prioritized user stories are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency
  • Manage and monitor product backlog and MVP, risk and change management to ensure delivery of MVP on schedule, within scope and budget
  • Plan and manage product backlog and MVP, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of the business outcomes of the Authority
  • Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding
  • Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular tender specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation and award
  • Lead the development of the overall product backlog and MVP schedule and activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables
  • Build comprehensive product roadmap and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities
  • Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the status the product development on a timely and regular basis
  • Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies such as but not limited to sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective etc
