Your Role

As part of the Product Management team, you will act as central point of contact for other departments, i.e. Sales, Operations, Actuarial department, Legal & Compliance and IT in the product related topics with a focus on the Sustainability.

• You will design and implement the Sustainability-related regulatory disclosure requirements, including the reporting standards, procedures and contractual documentation
• You will participate in setting and implementing the mid-term and long-term strategy for the Sustainability at the entity and product levels
• You will be an active player in communicating the above strategy to all relevant stakeholders
• You will review the existing product portfolio on a regular basis, recommend specifications or adaptations, and develop new products according to the market/sales requirements
• You will manage projects in relation to the product compliance topics
• You will advise and train the relevant stakeholders on the products and projects of your responsibility

Your Profile

• Master degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Legal /regulatory experience with a special ESG expertise focus (SFDR, CSRD, Solvency II, IDD/MifiD)
• Business fluency in English with excellent writing skills. A good command of German would be a strong asset
• Experience with managing interdisciplinary projects - in the insurance industry would be a plus. You need ability to understand different aspects of the business
• You are a strong communicator with content structuring and with strong analytical skills (documentation, projects, regulations…)
• Self-driven team player with organizational skills in order to be autonomous
• High level of internal and external service orientation and readiness to deal with complex and challenging topics
