Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Own the EVO Annual review & Fair Value assessment - closing down all actions previously identified and writing the next iteration.
- Proactive product management through a Consumer Duty lens.
- Lead all in-life management on Financed products, working closely with all stakeholders (Propositions, Sales, IT, CVM, Marketing, Vodafone Group teams etc).
- Identify issues with, or opportunities to improve, product & product performance.
- Act as SME (subject matter expert) for all aspects of the product – to ensure full FCA compliance of product and end to end processes.
- Represent at all relevant Forums, taking ownership to drive product compliance and continuous improvement.
- Monthly reporting
Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Product Manager – EVO is to:
1) Ensure we are compliant with the requirements set out by the FCA for organisations selling regulated products. You’ll ensure that we adhere to the FCA rules and ensure we have robust governance and controls in place to maintain compliance.
2) Proactively manage the EVO product – including Comms, training, risk & reviews, embedding Consumer Duty /good customer outcomes thinking.
You will be the champion of the EVO annual review & fair value assessment, driving through any action to closures. You’ll review product MI data, monitor the Consumer duty dashboard and drive actions that arise from this. You will work very closely with the Mobile Propositions team to ensure that any new product or activity is compliant, and you’ll be responsible for reviewing all Evo related customer communications & promotional material.
