The Product Manager for the Radiometer product line is responsible for supporting commercial execution and initiating tactical activities based on own strategic planning to build a healthy and profitable business in our DACH region.
This position is part of the DACH Marketing & Product Management Team based in Wiener Neudorf/ Austria and will be hybrid with a commitment to attend meetings and activities in various locations as directed by your manager. Your manager will be one of our most promising young leaders, who is based in Krefeld/ Germany.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Completed science degree or training and experience as a nurse in an intensive care unit or emergency department or as a medical laboratory technician with experience in POCT
  • Professional experience in a hospital laboratory related to POCT or in a department that uses POCT in a hospital
  • Very good written and spoken German and English (business fluent)
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel regularly max. 50% of working time and driving licence class B

Responsibilities:

  • Regional portfolio management, including the execution of product launches and product discontinuations as part of our product life cycle management
  • Development of local strategies for different Radiometer product lines based on relevant and available market data, taking into account a customer-centric total solution approach
  • Initiate tactical activities such as campaigns, sales training and others to support commercial execution
  • Strengthen the sales funnel by providing sales qualified leads gained through excellent campaign execution and lead qualification
  • Contributing product and market-related expertise to the sales process as well as to the entire life cycle of established product solutions on the customer side until the start of the next customer purchase cycle
  • Monitoring price trends in the market and promoting positive price trends for the company’s own product lines
  • Monitoring sales and revenue development in accordance with existing business planning
  • Preparation of business plans in coordination and cooperation with the sales and finance team
