WHAT WE EXPECT

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Enterprise software industry, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical and market dynamics.
• Strong technical foundation, preferably including hands-on experience in software development and a comprehensive understanding of modern development frameworks and APIs. Familiarity with no- and low-code platforms is highly desirable. Experience in product provisioning and cloud deployment is a significant advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in outbound product management activities, such as market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus to achieve business goals.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English is a must – German is a plus.
• You can work in the position 100% remotely with residence and work permit in Germany. Presence at company events, kick-offs or workshops is possible.

• Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for our cplace platform product, translating complex technical details into stakeholder-friendly language.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform product decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders in our ecosystem (customers, partners, developers) to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally, providing training and support to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide the development of new features and ensure alignment with the overall product vision.
