Product Manager, Freight Pricing

• A degree in statistics, engineering, economics
• Relevant experience of working with data and analytics
• Highly proficient with SQL to process complex datasets from multiple sources and have experience with data analytics
• Highly proficient using at least one data visualization product (Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI etc.)
• Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
  We are looking for a Product Manager to shape the pricing product strategy and execution in EU. In this role, you will be focused on predicting freight costs. You will improve predictability of business target margins. You will do that by partnering with software engineers, data scientists to define our cost prediction product requirements.

Key job responsibilities

• Define vision for cost prediction function
• Define and launch cost prediction mid and long term product roadmap
• Influence and align tech teams to deliver product requirements
• Identify and integrate cost variables (internal and external) into prediction models
• Define and drive profitability metrics through prediction Bias and WAPE improvement
• Identify and integrate internal and external benchmarks to improve cost prediction robustness

• Master’s degree
• Proficient in a programming language (e.g., Python) for automation of data extraction, processing, and computation
• Prior experience working in Product Management or Consulting.
