The Registries Cluster supports IPOS’ vision by building and maintaining a world class IP regime. The IPOS Future Systems Team (FST) is part of the Registries Cluster to lead the development and implementation of AI tools and solutions to support the new process for IP applications. The FST aims to equip IPOS staff with practical skills and knowledge in developing and operationalizing AI tools. This includes providing training, fine tuning AI models, and creating pipelines to deploy and operationalize AI models while ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping IPOS delivers a great digital user experience through the use of AI/ML, and contributes to IPOS’ efforts to ensure a world-class IP regime.

• Support the development of an AI-augmented digital product to efficiently and accurately process IP applications
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design and other stakeholders) through the entire product development lifecycle to deliver high quality, scalable and user-friendly products
• Defining the product features and requirements based on market research and stakeholder feedbacksupport the hiring process for the two Product Managers
• Support ancillary activities that are critical to the adoption of the digital product, e.g. in change managementSupport capability strategy and roadmap reviews
