Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Seeley International is looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the Marketing team in Adelaide. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our award winning, world class, sustainable air conditioning technology for the Commercial channel, with a 70% focus in Australia and 30% internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive improved direct customer/specifier engagement with our patented indirect evaporative cooling (IDEC) technologies and the Climate Wizard brand to support sales outcomes and revenue growth within the Commercial channel in AU and international regions.
  • Be the Commercial channel specialist to increase awareness of our Commercial IDEC technologies and expertise, drive SEO and website content to support customer engagement, maximising opportunities to nurture and convert into loyal advocates of our product technologies and Climate Wizard brand.
  • To develop and lead implementation of the Commercial marketing plan and channel strategy for IDEC technologies.
  • Be the IDEC category expert in terms of customer, market, channel knowledge and share that knowledge within the business across all regions from a Commercial perspective.
  • To manage and track performance of channel marketing activities and adjust when necessary to improve campaign outcomes and marketing ROI.
  • Work with international markets to leverage successful marketing initiatives and drive efficiencies in consistent content development in all markets.

Who you are:

  • You’re a self-starter who can drive initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • You are prepared to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, while also providing direction and expertise for the category.
  • You have strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • You’re a creative thinker with an eye for design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You’re a data-driven marketer with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for complex B2B products.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Brand Manager or similar, or 5 years as a Senior Marketing Coordinator.
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • You have a strong understanding of the commercial HVAC industry (or a similar industry with high-value capital goods and complex sales processes).
