QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience in financial services, with a strong focus on payment systems, security and compliance.
  • Proven track record in developing permission schemes for enterprise platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of payment system regulations, compliance, and security features.
  • Experience with ACH, wire transfers, card rails, real-time payments, and cryptocurrency.
  • Ability to navigate the fast-paced environment of a startup, leading product development and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Bankjoy is on the hunt for a Business Banking Product Manager III with a robust background in payment compliance and a deep understanding of payment systems security. This individual will drive the development and strategy of our business banking products, with a focus on enhancing payment functionalities and compliance measures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of business banking products with a focus on payment systems such as ACH, wire, card rails, real-time payments, and cryptocurrency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payment regulations and standards, integrating robust security features into payment systems.
  • Develop and manage permission schemes on enterprise platforms, ensuring secure and compliant access controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine payment solutions that meet business and security requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting payment systems.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify needs for product enhancements in the payment domain.
