Check out our investors Y Combinator and Bessemer Venture Partners and the impressive list of companies they have invested in! We are changing the way community banks and credit unions do business, enabling them to become tech-driven and digital first. Bankjoy provides modern digital banking products including mobile banking, online banking, online account opening, loan origination, and conversational AI. Our mission is to revolutionize banking tech infrastructure by leading digital transformation at financial institutions — big and small.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager III to lead the development and strategic direction of JoyCompass, our new initiative to build an innovative financial wellness platform. • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features that integrate seamlessly into the existing platform while exploring new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Prioritize product backlog and coordinate with other product managers and owners to ensure timely and effective implementation of the product strategy.
  • Measure and analyze product performance and user engagement, iterating based on feedback and evolving market dynamics.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory compliance and ensure that all product initiatives adhere to relevant laws and ethical standards.
