What you’ll do…
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple large and complex product lines throughout their entire life cycle, from conception to launch and beyond. They will need to excel in communication, influencing stakeholders, and driving product innovation through design thinking. Additionally, a crucial aspect of this role is the ability to leverage data effectively in both business and product development decisions. The Product Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of associate, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS…

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS…

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop new Gen AI solutions.
  • Define product requirements and features, manage the product backlog, and prioritize features based on business impact.
  • Plan and execute product launches coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and manage the product lifecycle, taking necessary actions for product enhancements or retirement.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet product goals.
  • Advocate for users, ensuring the product meets user needs and provides an excellent user experience.
