POSITION OVERVIEW:

IMAIGE is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI and app product enhancement, product development processes and project management. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the development team and sales organization to ensure seamless communication and alignment with customer needs.
The Product Manager will be the voice of the customer into the development process and translate their needs into products and services. The Product Manager also will be the voice of progress into the executive team to help inform strategic decisions and market position.
You’ll be responsible for collecting user input, prioritizing feedback, and integrating it into the development schedule. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in marketing new features to users while managing on time product delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with 5 years in technical product management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong general computer knowledge and cloud/mobile development experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly agile practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with Product/Project management software and workflows., e.g., JIRA/Confluence/BitBUcket/Git/MS Project/Etc.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing user feedback to prioritize software features and enhancements.
  • Knowledge of product testing and validation processes to ensure product quality.
  • Previous experience in developing product roadmaps and gaining executive approval.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product development budgets and reporting.
  • Skill in creating compelling product descriptions and messaging to drive product adoption.
  • Strong leadership skills to serve as the central communication point for product updates and progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement/take over project management philosophy and process within the company, and oversee its implementation and maintenance, including the establishment of a preferred agile methodology.
  • Supervise project management activities.
  • Gather feedback from users and sales to determine new software priorities for the company.
  • Monitor product testing and validation resources to ensure task completion and quality.
  • Develop a product roadmap and work with executives for approval.
  • Manage product development, development ticketing, budget, and reporting.
  • Create new products and descriptions for new features to drive new usage and product scalability.
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and the executive team to introduce new products to the market and enhance existing ones.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop the best product messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of communication between sales, development, and the executive team for product updates.
  • Act as the primary advocate for product quality and requirements within the organization.
