CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OPTIMISATION
- Continuously analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and usability data to identify areas for improving the overall user experience.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement.
- Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimisation techniques to continuously improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager with a strong focus on commercial acumen and delivery. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and optimisation of our In-Store payments products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer growth, create great customer experiences, and ensure successful delivery of In-Store payments initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payments trends, a proven track record of delivering initiatives, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
