The Product Manager, Integrations will be responsible for leading the integration strategy and correlated product development roadmap, ensuring products are seamlessly integrated with external platforms, tools, and systems, meeting the needs of our customers, accomplishing strategic objectives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to product integrations.
  • Define and execute the product integration roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration features, enhancements, and updates.
  • Gather and analyze data on integration usage, performance, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, validate product integration ideas, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on product integration metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to track success and inform future product decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, partners, and integration users to ensure smooth collaboration and optimal user experience.
  • Monitor the endpoints of product integration and determine any issues with the product integration.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to product integration and management, and make system upgrade recommendations based on the organization’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Accredited education in Computer Science or similar fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on product integrations, API products, or platform development.
  • Strong technical background with solid understanding of APIs including REST, GRPC APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product integrations in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
