  • Haematology/ Oncology experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Influencing and communication/ inter-personal skills and an ability to work across functions.
  • Consistent record of developing working collaborations at multiple levels (internally and externally).
  • Leadership without direct-line authority.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry is required .
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required .

Responsibilities:

JOB ROLE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager (PM) to join our Haematology franchise, reporting to the Senior Product Manager (Myeloma), based in the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine High Wycombe office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead activities across a range of projects in the Multiple Myeloma therapy area.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

The Product Manager is a critical role in the Business Unit, working in close collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales as part of a high performing team, leading the development and driving the execution of the Haematology and brand strategy in the UK.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead the creation and development of brand marketing strategies to maximise sales, market share and growth outcomes.
  • Deliver against therapy area and brand strategies with executional excellence.
  • Take responsibility for the business success in the Haematology Franchise
    As Product Manager you will be part of a team making a different to improving patients’ health and quality of life, working on an industry leading portfolio of innovative medicines with breath of opportunities to find growth in a fast-moving organisation.
