Product Manager (Junior/Middle)

The purpose and function of this role is to work closely with the development team and deliver amazing features for our users!
You will prioritize every suggested by PM feature in your team, analyze edge cases, describe and communicate the tasks to developers. As a customer centric organization, we focus on quality end results for our customers, thus we need to make sure every detail of their journey in every feature is covered.

Assist in Product Development

• Goal: We deliver functionality that we initially planned
• Collaborate with senior product managers to define product features and enhancements;
• Create user stories and tasks for development team;
• Analyze business logic and edge cases;
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and end-users;
• Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring on-time delivery;
• Ensure clear and well-documented product requirements for assigned features.

• Assist in Product research and planning

Goal: Product Managers have all information they need on given features

• Coordinate release of the feature in the dev team;
• Analyze and document user feedback on the feature; provide insights for product improvement.

• Communication and Documentation

Goal: Reporting - Both internal and external stakeholders are aware of the work we are doing

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other teams;
• Communicate product updates and changes with clarity;
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation for internal and external use.
• Analytics skills and experience:
• Previous product owner / business analyst experience of more than 2 years;
• Technical background - you can speak the same language with developers;
• Delivered features with focus on end-user, you can share impact and your input;
• You «dig into» technical or business specifications, systematize everything and come back with clear requirements;
• Experience in business methods of describing the requirements (User Story, Customer Journey Map, User Flow, UML, BPMN)
• Technical background (previous experience as system analyst or developer is preferred)
• Communications and mindset:
• Strong conversational level of English (Upper-intermediate or Advanced);
• Clear and structured communication;
• Eager to get to the bottom of the problem;
• The ability of driving people, removing blockers and delivering features;
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Tools:
• Proficient in task managements software - Jira, Confluence;
• Proficient in diagram creation software - e.g. draw io, Miro.
