YOU IN A NUTSHELL

• You’re an experienced product manager and can manage a project from ideation to implementation and delivery without any problem. So setting and following priorities is second nature to you.
• Logical thinking is your forte and your functional analysis skills help you arrive at the best data-driven solutions to a problem.
• You have enough UI and UX expertise to lead our in-house designer.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a tech environment.

Key soft skills:

• Your Dutch is perfect, and you can also express yourself fluently and manage a team in English.

• We’re looking for a strong communicator, both written and verbal, who can translate difficult information in a clear and easily digestible way to all kinds of stakeholders.You’re a pragmatic and structured worker who likes bringing order to chaos.

• • Team player: you enjoy working with others and believe in the power of a team.
    Tools you’ll use: ClickUp, Jira, Google Analytics, Google Classrooms, Hotjar, Posthog, Mixpanel and ProductFruits.

• You will spend most of your time on the implementation and roll-out of our strategy: project management is a very important element here. You will not only work with our in-house development team, but also with all other teams within Kadonation to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high level of quality.
