DESCRIPTION

Our Precision Health Platform serves as the cornerstone technology, enabling a spectrum of solutions spanning care and research. Verily’s AI teams are dedicated to integrating cutting-edge AI models and technologies into this platform, fostering innovative experiences and value propositions for our clientele.
As a key player in this role, you will define Verily’s AI strategy, explore and prototype novel concepts, and drive the execution of the AI roadmap in collaboration with engineers and data scientists. Your stakeholders encompass end users and internal feature teams, who will leverage your contributions to implement AI initiatives at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in building and launching AI/ML-based products.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align customer use cases with technological solutions and envision end-to-end experiences.
  • Experience in managing strategic relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML development workflows and frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI, Sagemaker, or similar), as well as notebooks, labeling tools, and cloud computing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS, MBA, MPH, MD, JD, or graduate degree in a management or STEM field.
  • 2 years of experience managing product teams in highly cross-functional (XFN) environments.
  • Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.) while advocating for the product vision with external partners.
  • Experience in large institutions, demonstrating a track record of establishing, leading, and adapting cohesive teams.
  • Experience in shaping and launching healthcare products within complex regulatory, reimbursement, and policy environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of pioneering AI-led solutions on the Verily platform.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to align on vision, strategy, and execution plans for AI initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of AI features, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the integration of AI capabilities into internal teams’ development processes, ensuring alignment with program objectives and user experience consistency.
  • Test and experiment with cutting-edge technologies and models, including open-source and commercial offerings, while managing relationships with key AI vendors.
