Responsibilities:
As Product Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for making DocuWare easier to set up for our customers by using Business Solution Templates.
Business Solutions map central processes in companies and are designed and created by internal process specialists and DocuWare resellers.
You ensure that Business Solutions can be easily configured, maintained and managed. To do this, you will work closely with process specialists, the UX team and Engineering.

In detail, your tasks include the following:
- You develop a deep understanding for the requirements and needs of our customers and our internal process specialists.
- You work customer-centric, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to make the right decisions.
- You formulate precise requirements for the customers’ problems and needs.
- You develop the short-, mid- and long-term strategy and roadmap for your area of our product and lead the team with goals and KPIs.
- You shape a constructive and integrative collaboration within the product teams and act as team interface to the stakeholder.
- You work together with software developers and UX specialists on the implementation of the product within the SCRUM framework.
