Employers and employees can now track their time, plan shifts and manage absences in just a few simple steps no matter where they are.
We are committed to continually improving our products and adding valuable new features that will reflect our customers’ needs. To make this happen, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Product Manager with a passion for delving deep into a product and using their knowledge together with customer feedback to accelerate our product development and take our user experience to new heights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have a completed tech degree or similar. Basic knowledge of software development is a plus.
• You have 5-6 years of experience in project or product management.
• You already collected first experiences working in a small business.
• You have endless curiosity about technology and understanding user needs, and are constantly pushing for better.
• You are familiar with agile values and the scrum methodology.
• You are quick on your feet and have an analytical data-driven mindset.
• You bring excellent organisation skills and a great eye for detail.
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is not required, but considered a major plus.

• You are curious and eager to understand our customers’ needs and challenges and are relentless in pursuing the best possible solution for them.
• You collaborate with the development team in order to turn product ideas into product reality. Starting with defining requirements, to providing constant support throughout implementation, you ensure our dev team is focused on value for our customers.
• You take ownership of delivered product value: you help the team create user stories and acceptance criteria, you prioritise and participate in grooming the backlog items. You make sure the team is doing valuable work.
• You work closely with our Product Owner and internal stakeholders to understand and contribute to our product roadmap.
