KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) for Sugarbeet to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the accountable product owner for the innovative CONVISO® SMART project, working closely with Bayer
CropScience and various internal and external stakeholders. The position is permanent and full-time, and the work location is our company headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony/Germany). Hybrid work is possible.

• Product Strategy: Develop and ensure execution of short- and long-term strategies for CONVISO® SMART, our extremely successful non-GM herbicide tolerance system in sugarbeet
• Sustainability Management: Implement life-cycle management policies and execute action plans to ensure trait durability and to achieve long-term goals
• Stakeholder and Contract Management: Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams locally and internationally, ensuring effective collaboration between a wide range of stakeholders and maintain the complex portfolio of contracts in close cooperation with our legal team
• Herbicide Supply and Tech Fee Settlement: Ensure herbicide supply on a global level and manage the annual Tech Fee settlement with Bayer CropScience and license holders
