QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and web metrics.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Winona is looking for a passionate full-time remote Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our marketing site development. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting a user-centric website that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing success.
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for our marketing site, from ideation and strategy to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify target audience needs and inform product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and functionality based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to translate product vision into actionable product specifications.
  • Manage tracking systems (client and server-side) and ad pixel implementation (Segment, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Oversee website launch process, including quality assurance testing and deployment.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product based on insights.
  • Track industry trends and competitor landscapes to ensure our marketing site remains competitive and innovative.
  • Maintain clear and concise product documentation to guide internal stakeholders.
