The Opportunity
As Product Manager Medical Software, you play a crucial role in driving the evolution of our medical software products and services. You are responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy addressing the complete life cycle from concept to end-of-life, where you will provide insights, data, and evidence for making informed, data-driven decisions. In your role, you will collaborate with an international, multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team with stakeholders from industry and academia, including software developers, DevOps, Data Scientists, healthcare professionals, and IT managers in the healthcare industry.

• Product Strategy-You will develop and monitor evidence-based product roadmaps. This involves competitor analysis, customer and market segmentations as well as the aggregation, analysis and prioritization of user requirements in cooperation with a network of key opinion leaders. In cooperation with the relevant stakeholders, you will develop the business cases including P&L projections and translate the insights into product roadmaps.
• Commercialization-You will define the commercial models, product packaging and pricing, and the go-to-market strategy. You are responsible for establishing the end-to-end commercial process ranging from catalogue to billing. You will cooperate with internal stakeholders to define value proposition, customer benefits, unique selling propositions, and derive internal sales training materials. You will support the marketing team in developing customer facing materials.
• Product Championship-You will represent Clinomic as a product and domain specialist in front of industry, customers, industry events/conferences, and other events.
• Life cycle management- After product launch, you will monitor the functional and commercial success of the products and update the product strategy accordingly. You will assess the business impact for customers and develop ROI models.

About you

• You have profound experience as Product Manager with a proven track record of shipping and quickly iterating impactful software products.
• You have deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative data to take informed decisions. You’ve conducted user research and have worked closely with sales teams, developers, researchers, and marketeers.
• You have a proven focus on both, customer-centricity, and impact-driven mindset.
• You have excellent discovery, business, analytical, data, research and troubleshooting skills to make the right decisions that will ultimately lead to a successful product.
• You are creative and striving for new innovative product ideas that make the difference.
• You are an outstanding communicator across multi-disciplinary teams and hierarchies, comfortable with both writing and presenting to achieve close alignment from a variety of stakeholders and to communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them.
• You are structured, organized and results-oriented and able to balance and prioritize multiple projects while sticking to realistic goals and timelines.
• You are fluent in German and English.

Bonus points, if

• You have experience in product management of medical device software and / or scalable and secure healthcare systems, like clinical data repositories (CDR), hospital information systems (HIS) or similar
• You have knowledge of medical interoperability standards, e.g., HL7, FHIR
