Product Manager (IT) in Waste Management

REQUIREMENTS:

University/College degree
6-8 years of work experience, 3-4 years on relevant area
“Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), development methods
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills, good English knowledge
Strategic thinking and analytical approach
Flexibility, results oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude

Owns the IT solution that is supporting core waste management processes. Responsible for the vision and roadmap of it.
Has a holistic view of the landscape from technical point of view.
Has a good understanding of SAP, Salesforce and MS Azure solutions and possibilities.
Works closely together with business representatives to identify development areas, to understand business demands and to define functional requirements on epic level.
Drives agile transformation and works in strong collaboration with IT department.
Leads a team of 8 Product Owners who are responsible for different solutions.
Aligns development directions with relevant Product Owners, exchange possibilities with IT department.
Defines priorities based on expected value and available resources, handles priority conflicts and interdependencies.
Manages related project portfolio, steers project delivery, occasionally participates in project work, ensures quality.
Works together, supports and coordinates third party vendors to ensure the business expectations are met during delivery.
Continuously challenges the status quo, follows up market trends, newest technologies and best practices. Benchmarks to other companies.
Participates in yearly financial planning.
