SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role requires experience in branding, market research, leading, leveraging products, and competitor and market demand analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of software development or technical experience in progressive roles with increasing responsibility for feature ownership, product management, and/or client interaction.
  • Direct product management experience is an asset.
  • Have skills and experience in interviewing and uncovering technical details from customers in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Experience translating technical information into non-technical language.
  • High level of professionalism with an outstanding ability to work effectively and efficiently with external client personnel at all levels of management.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation.
  • University/College degree or experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineers, or a related field.
  • Experience in SuiteScripts is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Development Manager, your responsibilities will be the following.

  • Provide clear direction, define success, and enable your development team to do their best work.
  • Make product decisions while weighing feedback you’ve gathered from your team & stakeholders against business and customer needs, have technical discussions, and own the impact of these changes.
  • Deliver financial results for the ATS product via effective operation of all available levers: pricing, margin, volume, campaigns, etc.
  • Conduct ongoing industry analysis and competitive benchmarking while keeping current on emerging trends.
  • Create and maintain product documentation that your colleagues can use to guide design / UX, influence technical decisions, and train delivery and sales teams on your work.
  • Create and maintain detailed backlogs, roadmaps, and release plans for launching product updates to customers.
  • Work closely with developers and technical consultants and participate in all team meetings, including standups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Liaise with partners and lead and facilitate problem-solving sessions and provide thought leadership.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks required to complete the company’s initiatives.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Pre-sales, customization, and performing product demos to customers.
  • Time approvals.
  • Gather product requirements from internal and external stakeholders to build user stories, including high-level wireframes, data flows, etc.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
