I’m Peter Sandström and I´m leading a great team of people that are developing, launching and maintaining products and offerings within our Fixed Network and IT-services area. Our ambition is to always strive to have a high customer satisfaction and that the customer easily could expand their product range with Telia through our offerings.
We are looking to strengthen the team with a Product Manager responsible of our Network Security area, including services such as: Firewalls, DDoS protection, CDN, DNS Premium filtering, as well as Datacenters, Private cloud and Landing zones in our markets.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in launch of new products and offerings including set up of sales, manage and support functions and systems
• Experience in creating services and implementing E2E processes with a focus on customer value
• Experienced in participating and driving successful projects in cross functional teams

• Secure a superior experience for the offering in customer processes and touchpoints throughout the customer life cycle and continuous improvements
• Make our offerings ready to launch by securing readiness to buy, deliver, invoice, use and support, based on customer insights and customer journey mapping
• Oversee and monitor service documentation, product performance and customer satisfaction KPI’s, business rules harmonization, compliance to business continuity and security frameworks, and product related sustainability aspects
• Identify and address costs that are to be included in the overall cost of the product supporting the our offerings
• Understand how the products are technically implemented (IT systems and technical platforms) and how the production/service delivery process runs
• Take roles in ARTs as Epic owner (At Telia we work with Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe)
• Support with Offering and Product information to Internal training and education of sales and support teams
