YOUR MISSION

As a Product Manager at Pando, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product. You will be responsible for overseeing aspects of our product roadmap, including creating features to increase medical professional engagement using AI, communities for specialty conversations, data personalised news feed for medical professionals, as well as data mining and research tools for life sciences companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of regulated industries, particularly healthcare, and a passion for driving innovation in the intersection of technology, healthcare and life sciences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare.
• Strong understanding of data mining, research tools, and personalised content delivery.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a regulated industry, with a preference for healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for innovation within the healthcare technology space.

User-Centric Design:

• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products meet the needs of medical professionals and life sciences researchers.

Data Privacy and Security:

• Prioritise and implement robust data privacy and security measures in compliance with industry standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Leverage experience in working within regulated industries, particularly healthcare, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and maintain necessary compliance measures.
