Job Summary
You play a pivotal role in overseeing sales of waterproofing products and enhancing our operations in the waterproofing area.
Job Responsibility
Project Leadership : Leads and manages waterproofing projects from start to completion, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget adherence.
Technical Expertise : Provides in-depth technical knowledge of waterproofing solutions, materials, and application techniques. Stays abreast of industry advancements and incorporate best practices into project execution.
Client Collaboration : Collaborates closely with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements, provides technical consultations, and ensures client satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance : Good knowledge of local construction regulations, standards, and safety protocols to ensure all projects comply with governmental guidelines.
Innovation and Improvement : Identifies opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and the implementation of innovative waterproofing solutions.
Regular Reporting : Regular reporting of MTD sales figures for waterproofing products and projects.
Team Management : Supervises and guides a team to ensure the team’s continuous development, training, and adherence to safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing waterproofing projects within time and cost.
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
