The product support team at OCR plan and co-ordinate the support for our assessment products. It’s our job to ensure that our customers have the support they need, when they need it. We are a tight-knit and forward-thinking team, who enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas.
As Product Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the team. You’ll have responsibility for scoping, developing, and briefing new kinds of product support, and will work with colleagues across the organisation to identify the best way to meet our customer needs. You’ll work on our support proposition for several key products in the OCR portfolio, with the potential to work on products supporting English, STEM, social sciences, and humanities.
You’ll ensure that our decision-making is driven by customer insight. Through ongoing insight work you’ll maintain a strong awareness of key trends and developing needs, both across our entire market and in key subject areas. You’ll be involved in major pieces of market research and lead specific market testing of new types of support to ensure they deliver what our customers need.
