Product Manager Synthesis (EMEA)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Define EMEA-wide Regulated Synthesis strategy and product portfolio
• Build value adding key supplier relationships (incl. supplier selection, sourcing, and product management – price negotiation, GP margin optimisation, stock inventory management) for the segment
• Market analysis to strategically identify and fill white spots
• Bring and develop market know-how to drive strategies for API Synthesis application, in line with global strategy
• Identify market trends and opportunities in the API synthesis sector that hold business potential
• Build Technical & Commercial support for sales and product managers (Product information, Newsletters, Training) – on new products, suppliers, and applications
• Develop marketing and business positioning campaigns together with the marketing team and execute them
• Define the themes, priorities and focus areas for exhibitions and participate in regional trade fair activities
• Participate in joint visits with customers to uphold technical discussions and to provide support to sales
