Description:

We are looking for an agile and innovative Product Management Trainee who is passionate about building audio products that customers love.
This role is designed to build a foundation in product lifecycle management, market research, and strategic planning within a technology-driven environment.
You will join and support our cross-functional teams to build strategies for our audio software platform and chipset business lines.
This includes product planning, research, positioning and support of managing our partners and suppliers. You will work with the PM, sales, marketing and design team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, as well as supporting R&D, Design and PMO hitting deadlines and creating products that match our roadmap.

Tasks

  • Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps for new and existing products
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather detailed product requirements and specifications
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from planning to execution, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and engineering teams
  • Help prepare product documentation such as market requirements, product requirement documents, and release notes
  • Participate in customer and partner meetings to obtain product feedback and understand user needs
  • Support with testing our product value propositions with customers and users
  • Analyse competitive offerings to ensure our product offerings are competitively positioned
  • Aid in the creation of marketing materials and product presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Prior experience in Product Management or related field through internships
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, especially consumer electronics and Bluetooth chipsets (SOCs)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and structure complex data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
