About

Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of the content safety policies, systems and data status of various international products, and able to identify problems and opportunities with quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Independently responsible for 1-2 content safety platform modules, and horizontally support the construction of content security strategies for various international products. According to the characteristics of different products and platform planning, building efficiency, safety, experience, and cost water level indicators and being responsible for the indicators;
• Pay attention to progress in all aspects of overseas content safety, and continue to improve the professionalism of the responsible modules;
• Coordinate R&D, algorithm, policy, and operation teams, strive for appropriate resources, and support the rapid development of the business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• You are experienced in product strategy in content products, platform products, risk control products or AI products;
• Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures. Strong communication and collaboration skills
• You have technical skills in data analysis (SQL, Python)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have excellent logical thinking ability and independent data analytics ability, be able to understand complex business scenarios and demands, combine data analytics attribution, define problems and disassemble methods;
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, organizational coordination and pressure resistance, result-oriented;
• Have a good understanding and practical experience of back-end technology, platform products or models
