We are seeking an outstanding Product Manager to oversee the development of key products within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be adept at aligning strategic product direction, driving project execution, and delivering technology solutions that meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate compelling product visions and strategies, aligning them with company OKRs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, applying Agile practices to ensure effective execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to build scalable and impactful products.
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, and plan sprints by working closely with Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
  • Facilitate the setting and tracking of quarterly OKRs for the product team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market and user research to validate hypotheses and inform product development strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics post-launch to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with OKRs for setting and achieving goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
