Product Manager with active TS/SCI polygraph clearance required

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Strategy & Analytics team, a role that is more than a job - it’s a chance to transform and drive the future of operations for national security clients.
As a Product Manager, you will steer the development of a first-of-its-kind data science product that empowers users to understand spatiotemporal data and inform their operational activities. You will spearhead the Agile Scrum ceremonies, from the daily stand-up to retrospectives and sprint planning. Your mission is to lead, inspire, and innovate a high-performing data science and development team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role -active TS/SCI with Polygraph
2 years: Agile Product Management, Developing User Stories and Product Roadmap, Product Management, Product Backlog Management

• Orchestrating the development and growth of a pioneering data science product
• Leading Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure the smooth operation of our team
• Conducting user research to continually refine the product, enhance user experience, and generate ideas for new product features
• Crafting compelling product positioning and distilling key messaging for product market communicationsAfter product launch, analyzing usage data and other metrics to inform product evolution
