At Avetta, we’re seeking a passionate Product Manager for WFM Analytics who will lead our product strategy and make a real impact. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the team in product discovery, collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, and gleaning insights from data to shape clear priorities that deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • Develop the “what” and the “why” into requirements artifacts that break down business opportunity/problem into features granular enough for sprint cycles.
  • Serve as Product Owner for Data/BI delivery teams, driving prioritization of the teams’ backlog.
  • Design basic mock-ups based on stakeholder standard reporting needs and requirements. Ensure that there is buy-in from stakeholders on all key decisions.
  • Focus on the user experience of the analytics platform and work with technology development team to design the reports and dashboards based on user personas.
  • Effectively communicate the business value and rationale behind your product decisions.
  • Lead the customer communication of product enhancements and roadmap.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers/Owners to identify cross product dependencies.
  • Collaborate with UX to research, design, and test potential solutions to features and product backlog items.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Conduct product testing on new development and validate whether the user story has been built to the requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to internal stakeholders and functional teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical knowledge in data analytics and business intelligence, with hands-on experience in BI tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects strategically, influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Skilled in reporting and analyzing key metrics, using them to inform decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience in managing product backlogs using Jira or similar systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a data-intensive application, writing business requirements and driving product success.
