Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Who you are:

  • Quick to learn.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Great at building relationships.
  • Superb written skills and creative flair.
  • Great time management skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and keep your cool.
  • A genuine interest in product marketing, speaking to customers, learning the market and software development

Experience you might have (it’s not essential that you’ll have everything):

  • Previous B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience working across the digital suite: SEO, PPC, Social, email marketing platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience of working alongside target driven sales teams.
  • Design skills (Adobe Photoshop and InDesign).

Responsibilities:

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in Product Marketing? Do you want to develop and grow quickly with the support of an experienced marketing team? If you love the idea of spending your days trying to get into the minds of our customers – understanding what they think and feel – then we want to hear from you!
As our Product Marketing Executive, it’s your research and ideas that will feed directly into Product Development, and of course how we walk and talk in our marketing materials.
You’ll be working closely with our tight-knit marketing team (including but not limited to) our digital-guru Karis, our data-whizz Stuart, and our content-extraordinaire Hannah. Plus, you’ll report to our Head of Product Marketing, Molly. She can’t wait to take someone under her wing and teach them everything she knows (which is a lot!) about Product Marketing.
You’ll also work extremely closely with our Product and Sales teams, which means you’ll have to effectively manage your time, be super approachable, and meet your deadlines without a sweat. You’ll be swapping from project to project and team to team, so if you enjoy every day being different then this is a role for you.
Moorepay is a growing business with ambitious plans, and that means marketing budget to play with. You’ll have freedom to unleash your creative flair as you see fit, and with the resources to back you up. We’ll also support your professional development – with lots of courses available in-house and the opportunity for external training too.
Please note this role is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract position. You’ll work on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days per week in our Swinton office.
Key responsibilities will include:

Researching, positioning and messaging

  • Gathering competitor research across commercials, product and market segments.
  • Defining clear value propositions and core product messaging across all product lines, speaking to personas, market segments and verticals.
  • Understanding, articulating and creating value-based content that speaks to core personas.
  • Working closely with internal teams to create valuable products and content that meets customer needs.

Sales enablement

  • Creation of sales materials that help sales teams sell.
  • Creation of case studies and gathering customer testimonials.

Lead generation

  • Managing the delivery of monthly product led webinars.
  • Managing monthly product updates to customers and prospects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance and engagement, using campaign results to evaluate ROI, optimise campaigns and formulate future plans.

Go-to-market

  • Being a key player in the internal product launches.
  • Working closely with digital teams to ensure product updates and launches are reflected in the digital space.
  • Participating in the launch of new services and products, involving several different departments and communications to customers.
